Corned Beef Hash

Homemade corned beef brisket, ground with hash and served with two eggs your way and choice of toast.

Breakfast Nachos

A bed of home fried potatoes loaded with gravy, diced scrambled eggs and dressed up just like nachos.

The Scramble

Your choice of bacon, sausage, ham taco or sirloin hamburger cooked in with your fresh grated hashbrowns, four eggs and colby jack cheese.

A 12" tortilla stuffed with sausage, bacon or ham, cheese, eggs and fresh grated hashbrowns.

Four sliced of our extra-thick, hardwood smoked bacon with two eggs cooked your way, fresh grated hashbrowns and your choice of toast. Available with ham, sausage links or patties.

The Rounder

A juicy, sirloin hamburger steak and a biscuit smothered in country sausage gravy, served with fresh grated hashbrowns and choice of toast.

Western Omelette

Hardwood smoked bacon with diced onion rings, bbq sauce and colby-jack.

Ranch Boss

Sauteed sweet onions, mushrooms, bacon and colby-jack, comes with one biscuit and gravy.

The B.G. Club Salad

Taco Salad

A bed of freshly fried tortilla strips with your choice of chicken or beef. It comes loaded with lettuce, onions, olives, tomatoes, cheese and jalapenos.

Buffalo Chicken Salad

Thank god it's fried egg! Trust us on this one, the classic hamburger with a fried egg and cheese.
